The Challenge
Head office learned about stockouts from angry customers. Reordering was manual, shrinkage invisible and promo pricing inconsistent between branches — costing margin every single week.
Our Approach
We piloted in three stores, trained champions on the shop floor and refined before wider rollout. Phased migration meant each store switched overnight with its data intact and staff already confident.
Deliverables & Outcome
- Cloud POS, inventory, purchasing and rostering modules with role-based access.
- Overnight data migration per store, with paper fallbacks printed just in case.
- Stock accuracy and promo consistency improved across the estate; reordering is now automatic.
