App Development.
Project Overview
The Office, in Every Van.
A home-services company dispatched 60 technicians with phone calls and paper job sheets. We built an offline-first field app: day schedules, navigation, parts checklists, photo proof and customer signatures — syncing whenever signal returns.

The Challenge
Techs lost job sheets, forgot parts and returned with incomplete paperwork. Dispatchers spent mornings on the phone re-explaining addresses, and invoicing lagged jobs by days.
Our Approach
We rode along with technicians for a week, then designed giant-touch-target screens that work with gloves. Offline sync was built first, not bolted on — the app never loses a job, whatever the basement signal.
Deliverables & Outcome
- iOS and Android apps plus a dispatcher web console, all from one codebase.
- Offline job queue, parts catalog, photo proof and signature capture with same-day invoicing.
- Paperwork disputes dropped to near zero and dispatch call volume halved.
